Refund Policy

Once you have submitted your application through drivinglicencerenewals.co.uk, it is assumed and agreed that we will begin the submission process within the time frame indicated during your application.

***Applications with a false or invalid UK passport number will NOT be entitled to a refund.

If an application through drivinglicencerenewals.co.uk is rejected by the DVLA or if a refund is requested before the application was processed by drivinglicencerenewals.co.uk, an administration fee of £5.20 GBP will be charged. If a refund is requested after the drivinglicencerenewals.co.uk application is processed but not approved, for any reason other than application refusal, a £20.00 GBP fee may apply.

Our refund covers the fees paid to us directly for processing your application.

• Reason for the refund request.
• Your full name
• Your email address

All refund requests will be evaluated within 72 hours.
